We ship out orders as soon as funds clear and within 1-3 business days. Shipping is via Australia Post. All shipping is at the customers risk, Pulse will not be held liable for lost packages. If you require tracking/security please select ‘Tracked Post’ (Australia) or ‘International Post with Tracking’. If you require insurance to cover lost and damaged items please contact us (Additional fee required).
Shipping times within Australia are approximately 5 business days depending on location. Internationally; to the US, 14-21 days; to Europe 16-28 days. Other locations generally within 4 weeks (can be up to 8 weeks).

All non-registered, non-tracking orders will be shipped at the Customers Risk. For orders over A$100 we recommend tracked shipping options (add insurance if required).
